We recently got a very large donation from German Author Maren Dammann of her private collection of German books which she has mostly written herself and many are brand new. Maren’s insight and love for horses shines through her books. The funny children’s books are already in use by our students of the “Kids Explorers” class and very much enjoyed.

BGLS is participating with a little AI-generated historical role play for the “Language and AI (Artificial Intelligence)” evening on 4.10. for “German Week” at Fortitude Valley. |

BGLS Germany Tour 2024 |
A group of BGLS Adult Students have travelled around Germany & Austria from the 22.6. – 6.7.24. This tour was designed to be an authentic and immersive German language and cultural experience for the group who was guided by our BGLS teacher Ruth Armstrong who was familiar with the area and therefore enabled participants to experience some very scenic and historic German regions. It has given participants the opportunity to use and practise their German in real life scenarios through multiple purposefully planned activities. They have visited Heidelberg, Würzburg, Rothenburg ob der Taube, Nürnberg, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg & München. BGLS is very proud to be able to offer this one in a lifetime experience to its students.
